Visiting Santa

Reese and I headed to the Deptford Mall to visit Santa. I was a little worried that he wouldn't be there because I know that he lives at the North Pole but Mommy assured me that he visits the mall to collect Christmas lists. I had my list ready and was very excited!

As you can see Reese was excited too but she didn't have her own letter, she is too little to write one. Because I didn't want Reese to wake up Christmas morning and not find a present from Santa under the tree, I would tell Santa that she wants a teddy bear.
Reese went first and let's just say that it didn't go so well. I don't think that Santa took it personally but boy did Reese freak out!
I admit that I didn't want to sit on Santa's lap either but Mommy helped me be brave and give Santa my letter. Santa said that the pictures I drew were great and that he would take my letter back to the North Pole and work on the train set that I want and the teddy bear that Reese wants. I have been telling everyone that Daddy is helping Santa at the North Pole so I know that our gifts are in good hands!

Giving Thanks

Happy Thanksgiving! Mommy, Ava and I spent a wonderful Thanksgiving at our Aunt Patty's house this year. We missed Daddy so much but had a great time eating, playing and spending time with family.

Here we are playing together in our cute matching dresses.

I love sitting with Aunt Kate.

This is my Thanksgiving meal!!

Aunt Jacki and My New Uncle Pat Get Married

Ava and I have a wonderful new uncle in the family! Aunt Jacki and Uncle Pat were married on November 21st. Ava and I weren't at the actual ceremony or reception but here are a few pictures.

Uncle Rob is missing from this photo because it was taken before the wedding and he was with Uncle Pat waiting at the church. This is the lobby at the Omni Hotel where Ava and I stayed with babysitters.

Don't Mommom and Poppop look great!!!

And the most beautiful bride ever is Aunt Jacki! Doesn't she look amazing!!

Tagging our Christmas Tree

It isn't an easy job but someone has to do it! Mommy, Aunt Kate, Mommom, Reese and I went on a long search to find the perfect Christmas tree.
This one was a little too small but I thought that it was "so cute"!

Reese had a blast watching me play on the wooden train. Doesn't she have a great smile!

Aunt Kate held on to me while I climbed all over the train. I love to climb things just like my Daddy!

Another picture of Reese, she is a bit of a ham!

Here we are all playing on the train after we found the perfect tree (you will have to wait to see a picture once we take it to Mommom's and decorate it).

Halloween Pics

Halloween is fun for most kids but I don't really care for it much.

My sister Reese had a great time, even though Mommy dressed her up like a flower! I guess that she is too young to be embarrassed for herself.

Here is a little video of me saying my A B Cs.

Baby Loves Disco Philly Style

Ava and I hit the dance floor for another Baby Loves Disco party. This time we spent the afternoon playing at the Shampoo nightclub in Philadelphia.

This is our cousin RJ, he really knows how to bust a move on the dance floor! We love RJ's Eagles outfit too!

RJ brought his mom, Aunt Kelly too.

Mommy and I spent a little time in the toddler area playing.

Mommy and Ava hit the dance floor and had a great time!

Happy Birthday Ava!!

My big sister Ava turned 3 years old on October 23rd. To celebrate Mommy, Mommom and I took her to Chuck E Cheese for lunch and then we had a family party at Mommom's house on Saturday. (Check Ava out on video riding the horse like a pro!)

Ava was given so many wonderful gifts, too many to mention but let me just say that I have been trying to get my hands on most of them because they look like so much fun!

Ava had a wonderful birthday although she misses Daddy a lot but she was able to watch a special birthday video that he made for her and that always helps. We love you Daddy!

Aunt Jacki's Bridal Shower

We did it, we surprised Aunt Jacki for her bridal shower! Mommy, Mommom and Aunt Kate worked hard to trick Aunt Jacki and it wasn't easy but they did it. Reese and I made an appearance at the end along with Uncle Pat. Everyone had so much fun and the wedding is only a month away!

Pumpkin Picking!

Now that we are on the East Coast and all adjusted to the new time zone we went out to pick out some great pumpkins. Reese and I fed some animals and played on hay barrels, it was a blast. Aunt Kate, Mommy and Mommom helped pick out pumpkins too but I think that I found the best ones!

The Hawaiian Children's Discovery Center

I know that I am only eight months old but the Hawaiian Children's Discovery Center is the best darn kids museum ever! I want to tell you about all of the wonderful things are there but I can't remember everything so but here are some of the highlights!

Ava and Kensley played in the grocery store, firehouse, auto shop and went fishing (check out the video) while Joseph and I hung out in the fun toddler area. Unfortunately, since I can't walk around like my big sister Mommy had to hold me most of the time but I love watching the big kids play so I was happy.

The whole second floor is all about local Hawaiian displays. Ava and Kensley picked pineapples, strung wooden leis and captained a shipping boat. I crawled around in the pineapple field too!!

We had so much fun on the first two floors that we only made it up to the third floor for 20 minutes before it was lunch time.

Our Little Jumping Bean!

Reese loves to jump in her Johnny Jumper and we wanted everyone to get a chance to see her show off her moves. Mommy tells me that I used to love to jump too but I am a big girl now!

Purple Rain!

Now it's Reese's turn to show off her new room. Mommy went a little overboard and Reese got floor to ceiling purple. Reese doesn't talk yet so we don't know what she thinks but I think that it looks great!

Playtime at the Armed Services YMCA

On most Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings you can find me, Ava and Mommy at the ASYMCA's playtime. Ava and I have lots of friends there and we love to play with all of fun toys. Everyday Auntie Carolyn has a fun craft for us to do (I usually don't actually do a craft but always try to eat all of the materials).
