Pretty in Pink!

Mommy has been very ambitious and decided to paint our bedrooms. Ava's room was first and I think that she did a pretty good job. Of course Daddy just can't get enough pink so he was very happy with the color choice!

My room is next!

Video of Reese

Mommy isn't very good about taking video of me and Reese but she recorded Reese playing the piano for a few seconds. I think that she is pretty good, of course I taught her everything she knows;)

College Game Day at the Grasso House

I can't think of anything better to do on a Saturday than watch some great college football! Reese and I wear our Virginia Tech and Penn State gear and have the best time spending the day with the family. Does it get any better than this?!

A Budding Picasso?

Who knew that Ava was such a creative artists? Mommy and Daddy took us to the Clay Cafe in Honolulu to paint some pottery and my big sister Ava had so much fun painting her piggy bank. Daddy guided Ava's vision to stay mostly on the pig and the two of them worked very well together. I never thought that I would see Ava sit still and concentrate for so long on something.

We had so much fun that we brought our friends Mrs. Kristie and Kensley for round two. This time Ava found a nice mug that would be perfect for Daddy's coffee. Mommy said that we could send it to him as soon as it is ready next week.

After painting their mugs we headed over to Chuck E Cheese for some pizza and games!! Unfortunately I hang to hang out with Mommy the whole time but Ava and Kensley had a blast playing all the games.

I do have some exciting news about myself, I now sit in a highchair all by myself!

Sea Life Park

While Daddy was off work we decided to go to Sea Life Park to check out dolphins, turtles, fish, penguins and everything in between. Reese and I both really loved feeding the turtles and watching the penguins swimming around. The turtles ate all of the carrots and lettuce we threw to them. Reese is too little to feed the turtles by herself by Mommy helped her.

I loved spending the day with my whole family. It was a really nice day even though it rained a little during the dolphin show (the dolphins didn't mind but I don't like being wet)!

Uncle Chris' Visit & Shark's Cove

Uncle Chris came out from California to visit us over Labor Day weekend. We had so much fun while he was here! We went to Turtle Beach, watched lots of college football, went to Lanikai Beach and grilled out in the back yard. Unfortunately my parents are horrible about taking pictures and we only got one shot of Uncle Chris in the car so you will have to use your imagination.

Ava played in the ocean at Lanikai for over two hours with our friend Kensley. The adults had to take turns watching them because they wouldn't get out of the water! Ava had her swimmies on and Kensley was in her inner tube and they just floated around playing funny games. I of course watched everything from the comfort of my sun tent.

The next weekend we went with our friends the Peterson's (Kensley and her family) to Shark's Cove to snorkel. I know what you're thinking, Shark's Cove must have sharks but don't worry there aren't sharks there just tons of fish and other sea life to see. Ava and Kensley love to hang out in the tide pools and look at the fish, they even saw a few eels! Again I spend most of my time napping under my tent but everyone looks like they are having a great time in the water. Mommy and Daddy get to go snorkeling together and we get to play with our friends, it is fun for everyone.!

Reese is six months old

I'm sorry that this post is a little late (Mommy has been keeping us so busy!) but I wanted everyone to know that my little sister Reese turned six months old on August 12Th. I can't believe that she has been around for that long already, it seems like only yesterday that I was an only child getting all of the attention. I must admit that having a little sister is really starting to grow on me. Reese can be pretty funny and she loves to play with me. It is getting harder for Mommy and Daddy around the house now that Reese rolls around so much and I have to keep a much closer eye on my toys!
